Sound like you?

You know what you need to do. You just don't do it.

Six things men write on the application, over and over. Tick what's true.

Tick one and I'll tell you what it usually means.

The real danger is succeeding at work while slowly becoming a stranger to the people you love most.

Apply NowIf you ticked one, that's enough to apply.
What you get

Three things that change when you work with me.

01

A God-honouring business that supports your life

Instead of consuming it. You build the business around what you say matters most, not the other way round.

02

A marriage and kids who get the best of you

Not the leftovers. You become the hero at home, the steady one, the one your wife can count on on a Tuesday.

03

A body and a faith that hold when business doesn't

In great physical shape, deeper with the Lord, and the same man in a bad quarter as a good one.

Apply NowAll three, or you're trading one for the others.

Your guide

I almost lost everything. It all stemmed from making my work an idol.

If you're the hardest worker anyone knows and the people at home still get what's left of you, I understand. I lived it.

I built my identity on a business, lost over $1.2 million when the lockdowns shut my gym down five times, burnt out, and found steady only when I rebuilt the foundation in Christ. For ten years I've helped hundreds of Christian entrepreneurs make the same shift.

Between 2020 and 2023 the lockdowns shut us down five times. Seven months paying rent on a 10,000 square foot building I couldn't use. We came dangerously close to bankruptcy. The money wasn't the hardest part. I'd spent thirteen years building my identity on being a successful entrepreneur. My work had quietly become my idol. When the business was threatened, my identity felt threatened.

I'd been going hard for years before that, and I burnt out. It showed up as an autoimmune condition. The only thing that gave me any relief was getting into cold water before 5am, so I kept doing it. A year or two in I noticed something that had nothing to do with my immune system. I was steadier. I'd make a decision and stay with it, in the business, at home, in the way I talked to my wife on a hard day.

Rebuilding my identity in Christ changed everything. Now I work from approval instead of for approval. Consistent across all five areas of life, the same at home as at work. That's what I build with every man I coach.

"You've kind of bothered me toward my Heavenly Father. I love how the foundation is Christ. In three months, it's crazy where we've come from."L. · MOAM Member

Data from Man on a Mission members' personal operating system

What Fit5 is. One number for the five areas of a man's life: mental, physical, spiritual, relational and professional, rated every month. Average gain across the men logging it.
What purpose measures. How clearly a man can say what God has him here to do, and whether his week reflects it. Rated 1 to 10 monthly. Average gain.
What discipline measures. Did he do what he said he'd do when he didn't feel like it. Rated 1 to 10 monthly. The slowest number to move and the one everything else is built on.
Weekly habits actually done. The share of his weekly habits he ticked off, tracked every week. Median improvement from a man's first logged month to his latest.
What EHR is. Profit divided by hours worked. Among the men whose rate has risen so far, the average gain is $104 an hour, from $107 to $211.

The whole story in one paragraph

Read this if you're the kind of man who does his homework.

Most Christian entrepreneurs want the same thing: to succeed in business without sacrificing their faith, their family, or their fitness. What's in the way is that the business runs them. The calendar fills itself, discipline comes in all-or-nothing bursts, and everything depends on one man. That man ends up burnt out, up and down with the numbers, and quietly feeling like the people at home get what's left of him.

A man shouldn't have to trade his family and his faith to build meaningful work. I know, because I did. I built my identity on the business, lost over $1.2 million when the lockdowns shut my gym down five times, burnt out, and only found steady when I rebuilt my identity in Christ. Ten years and dozens of men later, the pattern is the same every time: build the foundation first, and everything on top of it starts to hold.

Working with me is simple. You apply and hear back within 48 hours. We hop on a Blueprint Session and decide whether the Ascent or the Summit is the right path. Then you become the steady leader your business and your personal life can count on. Do nothing and the real danger is the one nobody puts on a business plan: succeeding at work while slowly becoming a stranger to the people you love most. Do this and you'll feel the shift in your first 30 days.

The four things men say before they apply

"I don't have the time."
The program is designed to give you time back, not take it. The men inside cut hours off their work week in the first three months. Weekly calls are the only fixed appointment.
"I've had business coaches before."
So had Brent. What was different was a coach who'd felt all of it: the marriage, the walk with the Lord, the profit and loss. Watch his video above.
"It's weird to hire a guy off Instagram."
It is. Brent said so on camera. The application and the Blueprint Session exist so you can decide with your eyes open, and so can I.
"I'm not sure I'll do the work."
Then don't apply yet. This is for the man who's done drifting and will log his habits every day. If that's not you this season, the free habit tracker below is the honest first step.
Apply NowThat's the whole pitch. The rest is proof.
